I just have the black and white defaults.A while ago I was also instructed to update manually as I wasn't getting auto update info. I quit those and it was far better.I've just reopened it again and upped the min frame rate to 40FPS and it is certianly smoother to use.I just went to check a render and I have no environments anymore in this new version.
